1. Return & Exchange Policy
1.1 Can I Return My Order?
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- β The furniture has a manufacturing defect or was damaged upon delivery.
- β The delivered item is significantly different from what was ordered.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- β Custom-made furniture (as per customerβs request) cannot be returned.
- β Minor color or texture variations (since natural wood products may have slight differences).
- β Change of mind after order placement.

If you believe your item is eligible for a return, follow these steps:

2. Warranty Policy
2.1 Warranty Coverage
We provide a 1-year warranty on select furniture items. The warranty covers:
- β Manufacturing defects (wood cracking, improper assembly, structural issues).
- β Material defects (only if it affects the durability of the product).
2.2 What is Not Covered Under Warranty?
- β Normal wear & tear, including scratches, dents, or stains caused by use.
- β Damage due to water, fire, or improper handling.
- β Furniture placed in direct sunlight or extreme weather conditions.
- β Damage caused during self-assembly or improper shifting.
2.3 How to Claim Warranty?
