1.1 Bismillah Furniture is a Pakistan-based business specializing in handcrafted furniture, including sofas, beds, tables, chairs, and custom-made designs.

1.2 These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers, visitors, and users of our website.

2. Orders & Payments

2.1 Placing an Order

• Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp, or in-person at our showroom.
• Once an order is placed, our team will confirm details and provide an estimated delivery time.

2.2 Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• We offer bank transfers, cash payments, and advance deposits for custom orders.
• Custom-made furniture requires a minimum 50% advance payment before production begins.

2.3 Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
• If cancellation is requested before production, a 10% service charge will be deducted from the refund.

3. Delivery & Shipping

• We currently only deliver within Pakistan.
• Delivery charges depend on location, order size, and furniture type.
• Standard furniture orders: 7-10 business days.
• Custom furniture orders: 2-4 weeks (depending on design complexity).

4. Return & Refund Policy

5. Warranty & Product Care

• Standard furniture comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
• Warranty does not cover damages due to improper use, water exposure, or natural wear & tear.

6. Custom Orders & Design Requests

All custom orders require a minimum 50% advance payment. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

7. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All images, text, and designs on www.bismillahfurniture.com are the property of Bismillah Furniture. Unauthorized use of our content is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy Policy

Customer information is collected only for order processing and customer support. We do not share or sell customer data.
